Shanker Venkatasubramanian

Shanker is a mindfulness practitioner, passionate about applying mindfulness to mental health and well-being. First person experience of the benefits of mindfulness practice propelled him to transition from a career over twenty years in consulting, finance and entrepreneurship to a career in psychological research along side undergoing training to teach Mindfulness with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University.  He adheres to the UK Network Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness-Based Teachers and engages in a rigorous on-going process of training and supervision. He enjoys integrating his experience and knowledge to help leaders tune in to their Authentic Self, enabling them to maximise their potential.
