Mindfulness is often defined as the 'awareness that arises by paying attention on purpose, in the present-moment, and non-judgmentally' (Jon Kabat-Zinn).  We offer 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Courses to the general public.  The course can help you:
